• Logbook Notes: Feedback and messages provided in our Guest Logbook.

2. Data Erasure & Your Rights

You have full ownership of your personal data. We provide clear data erasure options. If you wish to have your measurements, contact details, or logbook entries permanently purged from our systems, you may submit a formal Data Erasure request. Upon verification, your digital records will be permanently deleted within 14 business days.

3. Grievance Officer Routing Context

In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, any discrepancies, security concerns, or direct grievance routing should be addressed to our designated Grievance Officer. We ensure a documented routing context for all escalations to maintain accountability.
