1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Jay Tailors, including our physical atelier in Raigarh and our digital platforms, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please consult our team prior to placing tailoring orders.
2. Bespoke Services & Modifications
All bespoke tailoring orders are crafted according to individual measurements and agreed styles. Trial fittings are offered at our shop near Pandari Pani Overbridge to verify fit before final hand-finishing. Modifications requested after fabric has been drafted and cut may incur adjustments depending on production stage.
3. Delivery & Trial Pickups
Standard shirts and trousers are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days. Formal coat suits and heavy festive wear require 5 to 7 business days. Emergency expedited stitching is available upon prior agreement.
